Supporting leadings of ministry among Quakers
Friends in our branch of Quakerism are cautious about naming gifts of ministry, let alone supporting ministry financially. Our Meeting has experience discerning leadings and gifts, and uses this framework to provide financial assistance for ministry projects.
We are members of Blue River Quarterly Meeting, encompassing Friends Meetings in the southern region of Illinois Yearly Meeting
SIQM, BRQ, and other Meetings are members of Illinois Yearly Meeting, which also includes Meetings and Worship Groups in Missouri, Indiana and Wisconsin
